This will be a 6-week nutrition and meal timing plan. This will be the most in depth and demanding challenge yet. Accountability and determination will be a key aspect of this challenge. Our 6-week challenge will not be easy but it will be worth it. Included will be a 90 minute seminar going over the rules and information needed to get us to lose body fat. I will give you a easy to follow schedule for the full 6 weeks with meals ideas included. We will measure body fat before and after. The male and female to lose the most body fat will win a gift package from Skyline CrossFit.
